![]() ![]() ![]() I know the role of Jatayu can never really be done by anyone as well as Santosh Dutta, but Chakrabarti has his merits and is generally a sweet watch, albeit a bit over the top sometimes. Anirban Chakrabarti, who is famous for his Eken Babu series and isn’t a newbie to Feluda, is also good. Roy Choudhury plays the role of the suave and insightful detective very well. But that being said, Tota Roy Choudhury, Kalpan Mitra and Anirban Chakrabarti try to bring the essence of the characters that we have grown up watching to our screens. And let me be clear, our dynamic trio will always be Soumitra Chatterjee, Santosh Dutta and Siddartha Chatterjee in my heart. The problem with watching newer renditions of the thrilling series is you are always left to compare them with Ray’s Sonar Kella or Joi Baba Felunath.
